This calculator will help you to create your own Rapid Debt-Repayment
Plan. Not only does it account for the interest charges but it even goes so far as to tell
you how many payments to make on each bill and for how much. Plus, if you enter the
interest charges that you arrived at in RDRP Calculator Part 1, Part 2 will calculate the
RDRP interest savings. Instructions: Enter each one of your debts, along with their
corresponding principal balances, interest rates, and monthly payment amounts. Important!
Be sure to list your debts in order from the shortest pay-off to the longest pay-off.
Once you have all your debts entered ("description" is a required field), click
on the "Calculate" button. Then, once the calculation has completed, click on
the "Create Report" button to generate a condensed report that you can print out
(you may have to press CTRL-P in order to print the report). Or, if you don't have a
printer, simply transfer the results to the Rapid Debt-Repayment
Plan Worksheet.
Note: If you have more than ten debts, enter the ten with the shortest pay-off now, and
then later, when you've paid off one or more of the shortest debts, you can come back and
include more of the longer ones. Repeat this process until you're down to ten.
