($30 Per month when a City Banner is purchased). Position is on a first come

alphabetical listings, see below.
City Banner, posted at the city level. $30 Per Month (Limit 6
Per City) (Note: $10 Discount on State Banner when City Banner is bought with State
Banner) Position is on a first come basis. The City Banner includes a Hot Link

| Rate Posting Update Table, $30 Per
State per month. Position will depend on latest up-date. Up-dates will be
limited to 5 times per day. Rates will remain posted for 72 hours after
posting. You will need to up date rates in order to stay visible. The rate
area will have a Hot Link to your Home Page. Mortgage Selection Banner,
posted at the mortgage type selection page per each state. $50 Per Month.
(Limit 2 Per State) Note: Rates are posted at State Level only, no City split out
from the State level.
Rate Table Top Banner, posted at the rate tables. $100 Per
Month. (Limit 1 per State)
Rate Table Bottom Banner, posted at the rate tables. $30 Per

| A Hot Link area located directly below
the State and City Banners is provided as follows. State Level only will be
$120 Per Year ($10 Per Month). State and City Level will be $180 Per Year ($15 Per
Month) with each additional city after 1 city $48 Per Year ($4 Per Month). City
Level only (without State Level) will be $84 Per Year ($7 Per Month). Banner
advertisers get A Free "Hot Link with Lender Description" as noted above for
each sponsored area. |

| A 5% discount will be
extended to sponsors on State, City and Rate sections when they spend over $210 per month
for banners or rate posting. A 10% discount will apply for
sponsors spending over $550 per month. Discounts do not apply to the National
Banner or the Hot Link sections. |

| E-Mail leads will be provided to
sponsors in each State, Free of charge. The leads are completed by
visitors to Mortgage Referral that elect to complete a short form application, permitting
a lender to contact them. This option will be offered as an alternative to locating
a lender and contacting the lender directly. |
